Q: What are your must-have travel items?

I definitely need to have a camera or plenty of space on my phone to take lots of pictures. I am usually the historian on my family trips. I’m always looking to capture special moments.

Q: What is your favorite kind of trip? Why?

My favorite kind of trip is one where everybody got to do what they wanted. I’m usually a fast paced traveler; checking items o our to do list. While the rest of my family likes to go a bit slower. I think it’s important to strike a balance and compromise with different styles. I also love to visit historical places or attractions!

Q: How do you spend your time outside of the office?

I love to spend time with my family. I also enjoy playing golf, drums, and guitar.

Q: If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?

I would love to be one of those artists that play guitar in restaurants or clubs somewhere in Key West. There is nothing quite like the camaraderie of strangers singing along to a song.

Q: What’s the one thing that might surprise others about you?

One thing that might surprise people about me is that I make a really authentic Chicago style deep dish stuffed pizza.

Q: If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I would love to spend a week traveling throughout Europe with my family.

Q: What’s the one thing you couldn’t live without?

Of course, I could not live without my wife, daughter, and family. However, my second answer is my early morning coffee! It’s important to have a little calmness before the start of a busy day.

Q: How do you define success?

I think someone is truly successful when they can look back and feel that they gave it their all in whatever they do. Success isn’t always measured by zeros at the end of a check, but by acting with integrity and in the best interest of others.
